After working in the service industry to save money, graduating in accounting and running my father’s large scale landscaping company in Utah, I decided to purchase a small local company to grow and make my own name. I love spending my free time with my wife, son and two GSP’s, snowmobiling, surfing and learning new things.

I’m a North Carolina native with over 20 years of experience in the landscape industry. My journey began as a teenager working in my family’s business, which sparked a lifelong passion for landscape design and horticulture. Throughout my career, I’ve managed operations for some of the Southeast’s largest landscaping firms and built a reputation for attention to detail and strong customer service. My goal is simple: create high-quality client experiences by building trust and delivering what was promised.

Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors with my wife, Beth, and our four children.

Office Administrator

With over 20 years of experience in business operations and administration, I bring a strategic, leadership-focused approach to managing organizations. I specialize in streamlining processes, strengthening teams, and driving efficient day-to-day operations that support overall business success.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, I relocated to North Carolina three years ago, where I’ve continued to grow as a leader in diverse environments. Fluent in English and Spanish, I value clear communication, collaboration, and building strong relationships while leading with integrity.

Landscape Enhancement Manager

After relocating to the Research Triangle from Upstate New York. I’ve developed a passion for landscaping and hardscaping through years of experience on golf courses and nearly a decade with a national commercial landscape company, where I served as an operations manager and naturally gravitated toward enhancements. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, reading, and spending quality time with my family as we explore everything North Carolina has to offer. I’m excited for this next adventure and look forward to serving my new community.

I am an honest, detail-oriented, analytics-driven person excited to take on any challenge in front of me. I recently moved to Raleigh from the Asheville, NC area and quickly found myself at home with GrowPro. My background consists of a Computer Science degree, field experience in the tree farming and landscape industries, and AI annotation experience. For fun, I like to play chess and shoot pool, cook up new meals, and listen to Bob Seger.

I am a driven, hard-working professional with eight years of hands-on experience across multiple areas of the landscape industry. My background includes operating heavy equipment, managing and leading crews, working directly with clients, selling and scheduling jobs, and assisting with asset purchases and operational organization. I take pride in working toward clear goals and consistently delivering my best effort. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the golf course, riding my Harley, and being with my family.
